The SPIRou wavelength calibration for precise radial velocities in the near infrared

Aims. SPIRou is a near-infrared (nIR) spectropolarimeter at the CFHT, covering YJHK nIR spectral bands (980?2350 nm). We describe development and current status of wavelength calibration in order to obtain precise radial velocities (RVs) nIR. Methods. make use UNe hollow-cathode lamp Fabry-Pérot étalon calibrate pixel-wavelength correspondence for SPIRou. Different methods are developed identifying lines, calibrating dependence cavity width, combining two calibrators. Results. The spectra alone do not provide sufficiently accurate solution meet design requirements an internal error < 0.45 m s ?1 , overall RV precision 1 . However, combination with allows significant improvements, leading ?0.15 examine inter-night stability, intra-night impact on stellar RVs solution.
